iGOT Karmayogi एक नज़र में

Mission Karmayogi क्या है — और iGOT क्यों आया?

भारत में लगभग 2 करोड़ सरकारी कर्मचारी हैं। पहले उन्हें train करने का तरीका था — occasional classroom workshops, physical training centres। साल में एक बार, कुछ दिनों की training। यह पर्याप्त नहीं था।

September 2020 में PM नरेंद्र मोदी ने Mission Karmayogi (NPCSCB) launch किया — एक historic administrative reform।

Mission Karmayogi का core idea है — सरकारी कर्मचारी को “Karmayogi” बनाना — जो सही Attitude (A), Skills (S), और Knowledge (K) के साथ काम करे। Rule-based system की जगह Role-based system — जहाँ हर post के लिए specific competencies defined हों।

iGOT (Integrated Government Online Training) इसी mission का digital implementation है। “Anytime, anywhere, any device” — यह platform 2 करोड़ government employees को train करने का काम कर रहा है — जो traditional methods से possible नहीं था।

UPSC/State PCS Perspective: Mission Karmayogi, India के Administrative Reforms का 21वीं सदी का सबसे significant initiative है। FRAC (Framework for Roles, Activities and Competencies) — यह हर government role के लिए specific competencies define करता है, जो iGOT courses से directly linked हैं। यह concept 2nd ARC (Administrative Reforms Commission) की recommendations का practical implementation है। Karmayogi Bharat (SPV) — यह Centre और States के बीच shared ownership का model है — Cooperative Federalism का governance में application।

FRAC — Framework for Roles, Activities and Competencies

FRAC (Framework for Roles, Activities and Competencies) iGOT का backbone है।

हर government role के लिए:

• Roles defined हैं
• Activities (क्या काम करना है) listed हैं
• Competencies (क्या skills चाहिए) identified हैं

iGOT courses इन्हीं competencies को develop करते हैं। यानी एक Section Officer को exactly वही courses मिलते हैं जो उसके role के लिए relevant हैं।

Step 1: igotkarmayogi.gov.in पर जाएं (या iGOT Karmayogi App download करें)

Step 2: “Register” button पर click करें

Step 3: Details भरें:

• Full Name — Service Book के अनुसार
• Ministry, Department, Organization (MDO) — अपना select करें
• Designation — current post
• Official Email ID या Personal Email
• Mobile Number

Step 4: OTP verify करें — Email/Mobile पर

Step 5: Password set करें → Registration complete

Parichay से Login: अगर Parichay (Government SSO) है → Direct login — Username/Password की ज़रूरत नहीं।

Login करने के 2 तरीके:

Option 1 — OTP से:

Option 2 — Parichay से:
igotkarmayogi.gov.in → “Login with Parichay” → Government SSO credentials → Login

Step 2: “Explore Courses” पर click करें → अपने role/interest के अनुसार filter करें

Step 3: Course select करें → “Enroll” करें

Step 4: Videos देखें, quizzes complete करें, discussion forums में participate करें

Step 5: Final Quiz — 60% score → Certificate generate

Karmayogi Sadhana Saptah — National Learning Week

19 October 2024 को PM Modi ने Delhi के Dr. Ambedkar International Centre में Karmayogi Sadhana Saptah (National Learning Week) launch किया। यह annual event है जहाँ सभी government employees को focused learning encourage किया जाता है।

Eligible Employees — कौन Join कर सकता है?

In 2026, the eligibility criteria have expanded. You can register if you are:

• Central Government employee
• State Government या UT official
• PSU (Public Sector Undertaking) या Autonomous Body में काम कर रहे हों
• Armed Forces या Police Departments के member
• CSS (Central Secretariat Service) officers (SO/ASO grade — 3 years service)

APAR Linkage — 2025-26 से क्या बदला?

Completing courses on iGOT has become a critical factor in annual performance appraisals and future postings. Recent directives from the Finance and Personnel Ministries highlight — APAR Linkage: Successful completion of mandated courses is now directly reflected in your Annual Performance Appraisal Report (APAR) for 2025-26.

यानी:

• Mandatory courses नहीं किए → APAR affected
• अच्छे Karma Points → Better service record
