Remunerative Approaches for Agriculture and Allied Sectors Rejuvenation (RAFTAAR) RKVY का revised framework था। Originally 2007-08 में initiated, November 1, 2017 को restructure हुआ — profitability enhancement के लिए targeted interventions जैसे pre- और post-harvest infrastructure, technology extension और agribusiness incubation पर focus।
